We are very confident that you’ll love your Easy Planet Travel purchase! However, if you ever have an issue with your order, it’s our goal to resolve it the best way possible.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Easy Planet Travel purchase, you may return for an exchange, or receive a store credit for your item(s) within 30 days from the date of shipment.
We accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. The items must be shipped back to us with a tracking number and signature proof of delivery, in their complete original packaging, accompanied by all the documentation and the sales receipt.
We recommend that you securely package your items in its original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. The shipping fees related to the returned item(s) are the customer’s responsibility. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
We inspect all returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt. Any item that is received in a condition which is not new or which does not include all of its original packaging, including gift boxes and all documentation, will be returned to the customer.
In the event of an exchange, your original order must be returned, received and validated prior to your replacement order being shipped.
We accept a maximum of 1 return per original item ordered.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refund, for any reason.
