I draw and personalize the creatives, and a very professional and charming printer prints them (Oléka Canvas in the Laurentides in Quebec for the canvases, and Gelato who prints my posters and foam boards locally), then ships them. All of our canvases and posters have a 30-day quality guarantee. If your product breaks or has manufacturing defects, or arrives broken on delivery, take a photo of the broken part and send me all the details at info@easyplanettravel.com (I will take care of you personally!) so that I can have it reprinted and delivered to you, free of charge. Return shipping fees are your responsibility.
Lifetime Guarantee
I am happy to offer you a lifetime guarantee, applicable only if a country changes name. If a country changes name, I will exchange your world map for an updated one, free of charge. Please take note that the world map design might have changed since your 1st order. You will receive the same format, print and customization you first ordered. You will need to ship back to me your original world map. Return shipping fees are your responsibility.
