I offer FREE shipping to Canada and the United States.
Shipping costs for Europe, Australia and New Zealand are 55$CAD.
Please note that your country may charge you import duties, taxes and fees which you may need to pay before delivery.
Delivery delay
You will receive your order within 17 business days of placing your order.
- You will receive a proof within 1-3 business days of your purchase (for custom products). Once you have approved it, the making of your map will begin! The sooner you approve your proof, the sooner you will receive it. Please note that if you take more than 36 hours to approve your proof, the 17-day deadline cannot be respected. Please make sure to check your spam. I offer a maximum of 3 free revisions to any custom creation. Any further changes after this will require additional charges, and add to the delivery time above.
- It takes 3-12 business days for your purchase to be made, before it is shipped to you. Posters are printed faster than canvas; canvas take up to 12 business days to be printed and assembled with extra care.
- Once your purchase has been shipped, the average delivery time is 2 to 7 working days.
Note: Processing times are estimated for the continental United States and Canada; Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut may take longer. I sincerely regret that I am unable to ship to military addresses at this time.

I use a variety of carriers to deliver your order, including the United States Postal Service (USPS), Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx.
All of my carriers allow me to offer high quality, low cost shipping services. I determine which carrier to use for your order based on various factors, such as products purchased, shipping address, order size/weight, and shipping speed selected.

Digital Download or Printable Files or Digital Files
You won’t receive any physical product shipped and mailed to your home.
Please! Download your files to your computer BEFORE going to the print shop. Then copy them to a USB memory stick. Or email the files from the computer to the print shop.
Using a computer for downloading the files is strongly recommended (some of my files are really big). Phones or tablets sometimes can’t manage those huge files.
Non-Customized Digital Downloads
My files are available as an instant download right after your purchase. There’s a button named “Click Here to Download” at the end of the purchasing process for you to download your files. You will also receive an email with the link to download your files.
Finally, you can access your instant download purchases from your My Account page.
Customized Digital Downloads
Customizable items can’t be downloaded instantly because I have to customize them 😉
If you order a customized digital download, the file won’t be available to download immediately: I will personalize your download myself and with a lot of love within 96 hours. As soon as I have carefully customized your digital download, I will send the file to you by email or the link to download it from a shared folder! There you go, it’s as simple as that!
You are responsible for contacting me if you don’t get the link.
The files sent by me using a shared folder will be available to you for 30 DAYS. After that, I will remove the files from my shared folder. Please download them and save them on your computer, where you can keep them stored.
