That time I hiked through the Portuguese mountains in search for an abandoned village just to find it taken over by grapevines with huge, delicious bunches. — This is just one of several abandoned villages around @valedemoses yoga retreat. It only has 4 or 5 houses but it made for such an interesting afternoon. #yogaforlife #yogaretreat #abandonedplaces #yummy #grapes #travel #visitportugal #dametraveler #darlingescapes #wearetravelgirls #sheisnotlost #sheexplores #girlslovetravel #ladiesgoneglobal #femmetravel #globetrotters #mustsee #discovertheworld #lovefortravel #thetravelwomen #womenwhoexplore #globelletravels #livingthedream #living_europe #discover #exploreportugal #exploreyourworld #instatravel #traveldiaries #girlsthatwander

So many people live within unhappy circumstances and yet will not take the initiative to change their situation because they are conditioned by a life of security, conformity, and conservatism, all of which may appear to give one peace of mind, but in reality nothing is more damaging to the adventurous spirit within a person than a secure future. The very basic core of a person's living spirit is their passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun. #chrismccandless #pyramids #pyramidsofgiza #egypt #visitegypt #alexandersupertramp

Reflections on Scotland… I knew from the start that I'd fall in love with Scotland, but I never imagined that I'd feel so attached to a place so quickly. Maybe because I grew up and spent my life hearing Scottish accents through my grandparents, I felt an immediate connection. It's also very easy to grow attached to the beautiful landscapes, from Loch Lomond (pictured here) to the Isle of Skye and even to the crumbling castle ruins. As attached as I felt to Scotland, I'd be totally lost if I didn't have an Internet connection with maps. Driving on the left isn't easy, and navigating from place to place is impossible without directions! Our @tepwireless Teppy device was a necessity – we had lightning fast speeds and an unlimited amount of data. I know I’m late to the party but I finally tried the brunch created by @ozwaldfelixcreates for @restaurantbloomfield and I loved it. This is the Jerusalem platter with a rainbow of delicious dips including the excellent garlicky labneh and crispy fried eggs with sumac, my favourite way to eat eggs. The Turkish eggs (top left) and grilled sourdough bread with zaatar (bottom left) are also delicious. I highly recommend it. #willtravelforfood #montreal • • • • • #mtl #mtlmoments #foodandtravel #mtlfood #igersmtl #instafood #fromabove #pursuepretty #flatlay #foodflatlay #f52grams #onthetable #eeeeeats #lifeandthyme #feedfeed #buzzfeedfood #mtlatable #seemycity #fdlmoment #middleeasternfood #vegetarian #brunchtime #mtlbrunch #ondejeune #brunchmtl #middleeastern #zaatar
